The cost for a company to present is $1000. For academic presenters the fee is $500. Your application must be completed and accepted prior to registration.
Presenting will increase your company’s awareness by:
- Adding your company profile to the conference handbook, which is distributed to all attendees on-site (only presenter and sponsor profiles appear in the handbook).
- Distributing conference press releases that include your company name.
- Placing your company logo, profile, and web address on the conference website.
Your registration Includes:
Your Presentation – 15-minute podium presentation (including Q&A) for you to introduce your company, innovation or technology, and the status of your product development.
A Conference Ticket – one conference ticket is included with your registration. Presenting companies qualify for one additional ticket, at a discounted price of $350 (A promotional code is required to obtain this rate).
Dedicated Meeting Space – meeting breaks during the conference to encourage follow-up discussions with interested parties.
