Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Henderson, NV) and Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (Westminster) announced that Spectrum has provided an additional extension of the offer period in connection with its tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Allos for $1.82 per share in cash, without interest and less any applicable withholding taxes.  

CBSA has formed an ad hoc Search Committee that has begun the process of finding a new President & CEO.  A job description and requirements have been posted on the CBSA website and other human resource outlets.  The solicitation will be open until September 15th and the committee will start the interview process soon afterwards.
