Jim has more than 15 years of experience serving clients in life science and technology-related industries. Jim is the director of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program for the Mountain Desert region and has a history of working with emerging and growth companies. He has significant experience with public offerings and acquisition transactions as well as accounting and financial reporting topics relevant to life science companies, including research and development arrangements and equity transactions. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Colorado and Texas and has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University.
