Sean Moriarty has served as General Counsel of TOLMAR Inc. since October 2009. TOLMAR is pharmaceutical research, development, manufacturing and commercial operations company. TOLMAR develops both proprietary and generic pharmaceutical products in the dermatology, dental, and oncology therapeutic areas and currently has fifteen FDA-approved and marketed products.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Moriarty was President of QLT USA (2006-2009). He also worked in business development and legal positions at Atrix Laboratories, Geneva Pharmaceuticals (now Sandoz) and Isaacson Rosenbaum. Mr. Moriarty is a registered patent attorney. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law.
