Colorado BioScience Association | Real Estate Question of the Week

I am looking to start a private contract research lab to run preclinical toxicology studies. I have found lab space in the San Diego area, however, most of my potential clients are small pharma companies in Colorado. What I am looking for is a state of the art, vivarium where I could lease the animal rooms month to month or according to our workload. Also, I would need an office with some lab space (a prep lab). Are there any facilities that match what I am looking for?

Click here for the answer from the CBSA Real Estate and Facilities Committee.
