The US Patent Office in Washington, DC, has notified CHD Bioscience, Inc. (“CHD”) that their patent, “Alpha-keto Alkylperacids and Methods for Producing and Using the Same” (U.S. No. 8,445,717), has been issued.  This is the second patent that has been issued to CHD for our family of novel antimicrobial compounds.
