Servier selects third cardiovascular target triggering the first milestone under the collaboration 

The US Patent Office in Washington, DC, has notified CHD Bioscience, Inc. (“CHD”) that their patent, “Alpha-keto Alkylperacids and Methods for Producing and Using the Same” (U.S. No. 8,445,717), has been issued.  This is the second patent that has been issued to CHD for our family of novel antimicrobial compounds.   

Independent Phase III Data to Be Presented at the 2013 ASCO Annual Meeting

AURORA – The University of Colorado Technology Transfer Office presented awards Tuesday to an inventor, a company and a business advisor during its annual awards luncheon at the Anschutz Medical campus in Aurora.
The awards are presented to university researchers and companies who represent best practices in commercialization of University of Colorado technologies. 

OPX Biotechnologies, Inc. (Boulder) and Evonik Industries AG (Germany) announced the two companies have entered into an agreement to jointly develop certain bio-based specialty chemicals. The joint-development agreement calls for OPXBIO to use its proprietary EDGE™ (Efficiency Directed Genome Engineering) technology to develop the bio-processes.
